Vista Orthodontics has been exceptional at every location we’ve visited. The staff is consistently caring, empathetic, patient & genuinely kind to my child, creating such a warm, welcoming, and safe environment every time we walk in. We really appreciate the consistency of the experience across the entire team. They’ve turned what could feel intimidating for a child into something positive, comfortable, and even enjoyable. We are incredibly grateful for the level of care, professionalism, and genuine compassion they show at every visit. Highly recommend to any family looking for an orthodontic team that truly cares.

I’ve had a really great experience with this orthodontic office. Everyone there is super nice, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They always take the time to answer my questions and make sure I feel comfortable during my visits. The staff is very professional but still friendly, which makes a big difference. You can tell they really care about their patients and the quality of their work. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good orthodontist!

Great service overall! I would like to recognize Alex and Doctor Santelli for consistently providing excellent service. Their attention to detail and clear, thorough orientation have been extremely valuable. Specially Alex takes the time to ensure everything is well explained and understood, which makes a noticeable difference in both efficiency and overall experience. His professionalism and commitment to quality service are greatly appreciated.

Visited Vista Orthodontist over on Forrest Hill and was greet right away by Mely. No wait and great service. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Girls in the front are enthusiastic about what they do and answer calls the same way. My siblings and friends chose this place so I decide to have them take care of my messed up teeth. Definitely welcoming and accommodating. Would recommend.

I had a great experience at this orthodontist office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very organized. The office is always clean and runs on time, which I really appreciate. Mely was especially amazing She was kind, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable during my visit. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell she truly cares about her patients.
